Read the role and the room. Settle the three messages this interview has to land and the honest gap language around them.

Build the proof
Turn your evidence into a set of stories — specific, defensible, and pointed at those three messages rather than a generic highlight reel.

Recorded mock, then debrief
A full recorded run, debriefed for delivery separately from content — pace, certainty, and the close — so you can see yourself before you fix anything.

Second mock, and the close
A second recorded round to lock the delivery, plus your own questions and how you close the room.

The rehearsal rounds are the work. Watching your own mock is not optional.

How many sessions is it, and how fast can we start?

Four sessions, built around one booked interview. It's designed to run quickly — the whole point is a real interview already on the calendar — so it starts as soon as you have the date.

Why record the mocks?

Because delivery and content are two different problems. Recording lets us debrief how you came across — pace, certainty, the close — separately from what you said, and lets you watch your own mock before you do anything else.

What kinds of interviews does this cover?

Executive and senior-level interviews: panels, one-on-ones with a hiring executive, and behavioral rounds. The method — aim the case, build the proof, drill delivery — travels across all of them.

What if my interview is in three days?

That's exactly what it's built for. The four sessions compress. Bring the role and the date and we aim the case first, then get to a recorded mock fast.
