How to run a full executive job search
Critical Path Positioning is everything it takes to land the next role — six sessions over three weeks, from the first move through negotiations. What happens in each session, what you do between them, and what you walk away holding.
What happens in each session
About an hour between sessions, most of it spoken. The rehearsal rounds before the mock are not optional.

Common questions
How long does the positioning campaign take?
Six sessions over about three weeks, with roughly an hour of work between each session. It runs end to end, from the first move through negotiations.
Does a resume service write the resume for you?
We build it together on your own evidence, with Critical Match Terms leading every bullet, and you leave with an ATS-safe resume plus Anatomy of a Resume so you can maintain it. The resume is session three, The Written Case.
What if I only need part of this?
Then take the standalone piece instead: Resume Rebuild or Rapid Interview Prep. Positioning is for running the whole search; the à-la-carte pieces are for a single known need.
Do you help with the interview and the offer?
Yes. Session six, Under Pressure, is a recorded mock debriefed for delivery, and the campaign runs through negotiations, not just the application.
Is this coaching or done-for-you?
Coaching. You do the reps — the rehearsal rounds before the mock are not optional — and you leave holding assets you can use again for the next search, not a one-time deliverable.
Start with one conversation.
Twenty minutes, no cost. Bring the decision you're stuck on, the role you're chasing, or the thing you want built. We'll find the critical path from there.
