Which Critical Path engagement is right for you?

Critical Path is one method applied two ways. This is the fast way to find your door — and the specific engagement inside it — by the symptom you actually have.

The idea

What is a critical path?

In any plan, one sequence of dependent steps decides the outcome. Everything else has slack. The whole practice is finding that sequence — in a career or a company — and holding it to the finish. More on the method →

Questions

Common questions

Which Critical Path engagement is right for me?

Start with the symptom. If you're an individual leader — between roles, newly promoted, or stuck — you're in door one: coaching and career work. If you're a founder or executive with more change than the team can absorb, you're in door two: fractional operations leadership (a fractional COO, Chief of Staff, PMO, program recovery, operating rhythm, or automation). If you need something built that doesn't exist yet, that's Special Projects. Not sure? Book the free conversation and we'll place it together.

What is the difference between the two doors?

Door one, For Leaders, is coaching and career work for an individual — the seat you hold or the next one you want. Door two, For Organizations, is fractional operations leadership for a company — holding the work inside the business until it lands. One method, two ways in.
